For many, the sense of an expanded workday, increased screen times and reliance on technology for work is reshaping our routines in the post-pandemic workplace. Mobile devices mean we can take our work anywhere, and the flexibility is appreciated by those juggling childcare, exercise or other activities outside from work.

This calls for reflection and adjustment — how might we get the best of hybrid/remote work while retaining the benefits of in-person collaboration?
